Despite the tried-and-true cheering-up methods of dressing snazzy, having hot chocolate, reading comfort stories, and enthusiastically tackling the slush pile, my brain is still having one of those days where I cannot stop overthinking and being anxious about nearly everything. Writing ridiculous fic may be the ticket, but in the meantime, it seems like everyone is having a rubbish November so far, and so I propose:

IMPROMPTU ROUNDS OF MARRY-SHAG-CLIFF! Ask me characters! Ask me for characters! Interrogate me on why I'd ever think marrying x would be a valid life choice! I realize that midafternoon on a Thursday is a ridiculous time for this sort of thing, but hell, this can be an all-day party. Have at it.

Oooh. I think I will marry Ray, shag Geoffrey, and cliff Sheppard. I'm sure John will be okay, and I will not have to deal with his emotional inarticulation: fun in fic, rubbish in practice!

Oh god oh god um NONE OF THEM ARE MARRYABLE. Maybe an Eight, if she is Athena-like? Yikes, maybe not even then. Perhaps if I could get a Two to understand how humans practice romance! I will definitely shag a Six, though.

Marry Fraser (we have a fair bit in common, and I would even be willing to relocate to the Northwest Areas if I could still get internet access somehow), shag Kowalski), cliff send Vecchio off to Florida with Stella. Who I quite like, so that all works out.

See, I have imprinted on The Five Doctors to such an extent that I just want to cuddle Ainley forever - he's so smirky and clever and adorable (and TRYING TO HELP, Doctor, come on, can't any of you be nice?) in that episode. So I would be torn between Shag and Marry for him, except that the Doctor-obsession would make me just a disposable accessory, and I think I'd stand a better chance of surviving marriage with Delgado.
