Haha dear god today in things I never want to do again: drive a car, for the first time in a year, at night on unfamiliar roads in a TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR. I am alive and not too many people even tailed me, but that is seriously not an experience I want to repeat.

Today in things I do want to do again: watch the Star Trek film! which is what I in fact just did do again, and why I was out driving at night in a rainstorm. I have to say, though, upon a rewatch I am very happy for the Spock/Uhura shippers and the Kirk/Bones shippers and the OT3-ers and any other shippers that I haven't yet seen come out of the woodwork, and me personally I am there for pretty much any crew combination you want to give me, but honestly? I just want more Kirk/Spock. (Including recs! I have been too lazy to track down almost any fic, but I think I want some now.)

Now I am going to watch the thunderstorm. :D

Ahaha, I really cannot advise you on whether or not you should do it. If you are signed up for two already though that might be MADNESS. And I am not sure how one would say 10,000 words about Star Trek, but you actually know other canon, which I imagine might help.

I think there is a due South bigbang that happens sometimes. Obviously when it comes around to signups again I should, because, uh. Writing less than 10,000 words for a dS story is apparently my problem. /o\

Yeah, my main problem is not being sure if I have that much to say, but the other two I signed up for are for fandoms I'm barely in anymore, so clearly I'm insane anyway.

That reminds me! You still have a dS fic I haven't read, don't you?

And I believe that is so! It's less than 3000 words, too. SHOCKING. And I wrote it half-delirious with fever, too, which is why I have this theory I can only write Fraser-POV if I am halfway to insane already. XD
