I tried to reassure my eleven year old sister by telling her that they had already filmed the fifth SJA season. But I didn't expect it to work and I don't think that it did.

Strangely I do find that comforting, because it means that there's an imprint of her still in the world for us to enjoy in the future, even if she's gone.

Yeah, I imagine that they'll put one of those 'In memory of Elizabeth Sladen' dedications on the program. And I am glad that it exists but at the same time I feel that watching it will be just a bit saddening.

I just heard the news via Facebook. I can't believe what a gut punch the news is... is it crazy to say I didn't realize how much I cared until I heard she was gone? I kinda thought she'd keep going on forever. I guess most of fandom agreed with me, given how insanely fast the news is spreading all over LJ and DW...
