I don't know, I think enough people identify as Slytherins without feeling as though they are being hip or in touch with their ~inner evil~ that you can legit claim to be a Slytherin! But Gryffindors are not just vanilla; I mean, c'mon, sometimes they turn out people like McGonagall. :)
