Love Meg Thatcher; love this whole post!

Thanks for posting a nice analysis of all the "love interests" in Due South. It's definitely one reason I loved this show: the women weren't always predictable. I haven't run across a lot of characters with as much compelling / conflicting interest as Victoria! And Meg was wonderful: staying professional but struggling with incompetent junior officers and a mutual crush on a competent but rather irritating (in terms of paperwork generated) one. :)

I thought the epilogue between Fraser and Thatcher was promising too, so I wrote Fort Liard (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/539286/1/Fort-Liard) to give them a proper opportunity to try again. :)
