He wears it in Spy vs Spy! I know this, because despite the fact that Spy vs Spy has the brown uniform and Ray playing chess and some a-maz-ing banter and also Martha Burns, it is still one of my least favourite s3 episodes and so I do not like to watch it much and then I miss the brown uniform. XD
