Molly prepared a corpse to look like Sherlock and when he fell and was BEHIND THE TRUCK she placed the corpse and Sherlock... stopped his falls somehow, dunno how yet.
And because John had been hit by the biker (as was planned by Sherlock) and in general grief, he couldn't really identify the corpse :D
