Dark Angel and Babylon 5 come to mind. I think we haven't reached Dark Angel's timestamp yet. Most of my scifi is apparently in the present, a different universe, or possibly our distant distant past. (I wonder how many "futures" have actually ended up being about this being the second or third Earth and we end up learning that what we thought was the future was actually the origin story of how humans came to earth.)
